During the Sound Spa session you will lay down and experience the calming sound vibrations wash over you. The unique instruments, such as singing bowls, chimes and hardpan drum are designed to transport you into a state of deep rest.

As you relax and enjoy the melodic journey, you are guided into meditation with sacred mantras and affirmations that uplift the spirit and restore your inner balance. The session concludes with mellow group singing and reflection.
