Restorative Yoga with Holly Warren

Slow down, soften, and simply be. This gentle, restorative practice uses supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help the body fully relax into each pose, held for several minutes at a time. Guided by Holly Warren, the class invites deep rest for the nervous system, easing tension and creating space for stillness.

No experience necessary, suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Spaces are limited to 15 people.
