Initial Ayurvedic Consultation

During the consultation, Christoph will look for potential root causes identified in classical Ayurveda. He will offer suggestions on modifying or mitigating these factors with diet, lifestyle changes, and herbal remedies.The initial consultation also contains a significant educational element to show you how to monitor your health.

An initial Ayurveda consultation comprehensive intake form is to be completed before a meeting in person. The purpose is to get a sense of your lifestyle, diet, current state of health and well-being, and any specific issues you wish to work on.
