Shannon completed her Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga with TrainFitness. She's experienced first-hand the life-changing effects a consistent meditation and yoga practice can bring, and believes yoga is for anyone and everyone to benefit from. 

Shannon spent countless hours absorbing the wisdom of great yoga teachers and relishes learning new forms of practice. Her classes combine elements of strengthening postures, simple flowing sequences, therapeutic alignment, chanting and yoga philosophy along with light-hearted humour. Her goal is to create an inclusive and calming environment, that helps you to build a stronger, more flexible body that carries you through life with ease, joy and grace.

Shannon loves everything that comes from spiritual life and following the yogic paths; getting to know her  students, meeting new people and the relationships gained. Off the mat, you will find her enjoying a matcha latte, listening to a podcast and exploring new ways to have fun and fuel my soul.

Shannon believes true yoga is all about connection - to your mind, body, emotions, spirit, and to the people around you. It’s about developing an inner connection that can help you find peace and gratitude amid our busy, always-on culture.
